Frequently asked questions for PA Hire in Brighton & Sussex

What time can you deliver and set-up?

For delivery we try to fit around you. We like to have everything set up before your guests arrive.

What time do you collect?

Collection can either be at the end of the evening or the next day depending on what suits everyone the best. Often this is arranged on the day of the hire so we can see what suits the venue.

How long does it take to setup?

Usually between 20 minutes and an hour. We try and leave at least an hour to set up so we don't have to rush.

Can I use an iPad with the equipment?

Yes. Our PA packages are designed to be easy to use with an iPod, iPad, Smartphone or Laptop.

What size system do I need?

The small PA package is suitable for most parties up to 100 people. The medium PA package is suitable for larger dance floors and crowds around 150 people. If you need the large PA package the chances are you already know that you do.

What is the difference between the small or medium PA package?

The medium PA package uses the same loudspeakers as the small PA package with an additional pair of 18" bass loudspeakers. This makes it suitable for larger events and more serious partying.

Is the equipment easy to use?

The equipment is easy to use. After setting up the equipment for you we always like to take you through how it works and make sure you are happy operating everything. We also leave you with basic written instructions with our contact number on it.

What happens if I have a technical problem?

Throughout your hire we give you full telephone support. Even if your question is as simple as how to turn the volume up don't be embarrassed to call. For more complicated issues we will come back to the venue and sort it out for you. However 99% of the time things can be solved over the phone.
